We send the full order to production as one batch. The pre-sale close date is posted on this page and on every cap once it is set.
You get a shipping email with tracking the moment your cap leaves. Ship timing is announced when the pre-sale closes.
Pre-order caps are made to order and cannot be cancelled once the pre-sale closes. If your cap arrives damaged or in the wrong size, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
Find your fitted size
Wrap a soft tape measure around your head where the cap sits, about a finger above your ears and eyebrows. Match that number to the chart. If you are between sizes, go up.
